Fitness Journey: 14th Day (I skipped March 11 due to the Quiz Show HAHA)

I should be reviewing for a quiz tomorrow for the immunology and serology laboratory (should've been three, but YAY it got reduced to one due to the internship orientation!!) 😂


OKAY SO!! I just remembered that I wrote this blog post about my first day in my fitness journey, as well as trying to study for NMAT after as I had hoped that it would help me with my retentions because I believe that an active body equates to an active mind.



It's a good thing that I can still recall everything I studied that night, plus I never expected to wake up so easily the next morning despite being tired from the workout. Ever since I started working out, I also notice that I became more active during the synchronous sessions and became more assertive in group activities. While this may not have been some big progress in my mental health, baby steps still count!


Physically, there's been significant improvement in my abdomen, and the 11 line is developing more each day. I don't wanna do a reveal yet, but let me tell you this, CHLOE TING IS LEGIT! That aside, I'm actually proud of myself for getting physically active this 2021 and I hope to be consistent with this.
